Recycling glass has always been difficult in the past, it had to be colour separated which is not only impractical but time consuming. Thankfully, due to advances in recycling technology we are now able to collect mixed coloured glass bottles.

Depending on the type of business glass can represent a considerable proportion of the waste produced.  Consequently, collecting glass separately from general waste can make a significant contribution to recycling targets.

Mixed coloured glass can be collected in 240 or 360 litre wheeled containers.
